I’ve been part of the Access Self Storage family for about 5 yrs. During this time I have been treated with respect from all employees and Managers. They have gone beyond their job expectations to understand and help me when I inquire with questions. The storage units are very clean and clear of all smoke. The most friendly storage company ever! Affordable and all terms were made clear on the first day for a smooth move in and out. Every time I emailed I received a prompt and detailed response. I went with my mom to open an account with Access Self Storage. To translate for her but then we met Soraya, the manager. She helped us in every way possible. She spoke to my mom in Spanish, and answered any questions we had. It was a great experience for my mom and I!
